The Essence of God

Humanity has always longed to understand the ultimate source of all things – the One behind creation, purpose, and destiny. In Christian faith, this ultimate source is the one true God, revealed through Scripture and experienced personally through Christ and the Holy Spirit. This course seeks to uncover the essence of God. Not merely as a concept to be studied, but as a living being to be known, worshipped, and loved. Through scriptural revelation, theological insights, and personal reflection, students will grow in their understanding of who God is and why He desires a relationship with mankind.

This course aims to provide believers with a biblically grounded, spiritually enriching, and intellectually engaging exploration of God’s essence and nature. It goes beyond the common religious assumptions to examine what the Scriptures reveal about who God is, how He has made Himself known, and why understanding His nature is essential to living a life of purpose, worship, and reformation.

Learners will explore God’s attributes – His holiness, love, justice, omnipotence, omniscience, and more – while reflecting on how these truths shape their view of the world, their identity in Christ, and their calling. The course will also address common misconceptions about God and help students cultivate a personal, reverent, and transformational relationship with Him as both Creator and Father.
